sound become monophonic: how to fix?

from time to time, all sounds on my pa3x become monophonic. so I can play only one key at a time. how to fix it and make it work polyphonic?

This can't happen without manual adjustment , eg an already saved sound or performance as polyphonic can't randomly change
saved preferences under regular working of Pa3X !

In fact its happends. I have noticed that it 8s happends only on upper 1 or 2.
Its happend sadenly on any sound what so ever and usually when i change from user set to factory.

When this happens in a performance STS , observe upper 1 or 2 sound that behaves mono , go to Sound interface and position
that this sound exists and test it if it's also monophonic there !
If not then check STS preferences (menu/track controls/main) if those upper 1/2 sounds are set to mono , this setting overrides
SOUND mode preferences !
Also check :
- If you have locked any STS or Global Styles preferences
- If your 1st performance , 1st page of Pianos Performance Bank has been saved with "mono" STS preferences , resave it
with "poly" properties !

If issue persists , save yourSet.SET , open it and delete Global File , got to Media/Utilities , make a factory restore and then
load modified yourSet.SET
