I just bought a moss board and the seller has informed me that he will send it without any screws and washers. The screws seem to be the standard ones for PCs but.... Could anyone tell me what type and material are the washers?

They are plastic or cardboard or phenolic ... The same ones used to fasten a pc motherboard to a desktop case.
