Unfortunately there is no factory restore resource v.1.2.0 in UPD format, because UPD format only appeared from v.1.3.1 and up.

i havnt an korg usa dealers account . how i can get it ?

Even though I don't have anymore my Pa1000 but I found some of the operating system files on my computer.

I have below files:
Pa1000 Operating System v.1.2.0 (.pkg)
pa1000_std_v150_factory_reset.upd

If that can help, please let me know how can I send them to you.

Even though I don't own any more the Pa1000 but that can be useful for other users.
