hi Daz yes it was... at least for other italians... at 9 o'clock of the day after I had to go to do an examination at my university, so I stay home after the match and studied for some hours listening to what was happening out there... :x
anyway I've passed it! I'll make a big party in 210 when we will win the next Championship.
Regards, Lorenzo

hey, daz, the same as lorenzo here!
in my town, there were a lot of naked people, dressed just wuth the italian flag...
you can imagine how many times that flag has fallen down, what a horrible show

well, the next day I had an examination, too, so I could only watch from my window what was happening in the street: what a crazy night!!

That Materazzi's quite a piece of work, isn't he?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dlaqsOPl ... =Materazzi

'kin 'ell!

Seems he certainly got what he had coming to him.

If you look at the video from this following angle, you can clearly make out he's restraining Zidane and holding his shirt (or even tweaking his nipple!), then starts saying stuff to him afterwards when Zidane's walking away.

Glad Zidane got the golden ball. Something Materazzi can only dream of.

well from some of your comment I've just learnt something... next time someone in the street or in a bar will tell me something about my mother or my sister (d'oh... I don't have a sister...) I'll go there and knock him out with my head... then maybe someone will give me a prize!
don't know how this work in your State but here in Italy a verbal offence is very very different from an aggression...

A three-match ban and a fine for Zidane. Seems fair enough... And something like that for Materazzi....

maybe for FIFA hitting a person with the head is really similar to a verbal attack...

Could have been worse! Especially for Materazzi. Zizou could have smashed his face.
