I saw some chinese's Sounds in the package when I have tried to open with Korg Pa Manager Software, Korg Pa Manager is able to read Sounds portion but can't open with Korg Pa3X and un-able to load Styles with Korg Pa Manager...And I really needs those sounds for my performances...

I did contact someone who got tools to check is this set is real or fake.
He promised to take look on this set.
What I know, korg OS is not supporting encrypting security on resources, but who knows ??
Maybe China people know a trick.

PaSeries OS supports PCM locking from Pa1X Pro age , since Korg-Italy has introduced this (not Korg) and has the
original source code of USB/mSD data locking.
Encryption of STY was never supported by any PaSeries OS as far as I know and the only way to do that is modifying OS
as I personally do in my commercial resources !
A tricky STY encryption ( silly UMHO ) outside OS , can be easily exposed to piracy !

Does using an encrypted sample SET involve having to have the stick in the USB slot?

You see, this is somewhat of a problem if you get encrypted sounds from a variety of content creators. Is there a mechanism for transferring the encryption key to a common USB stick, or each time you want to use a sound, do you have to swap out sticks? And what do you do if you want to use two different creators' content at the same time?

As we can already see from this thread, there are people already interested in getting the sounds, but not apparently from the content provider!

Perhaps it's time that Korg address the entire issue, from samples to styles, and protect the third party content provider from piracy in an easy and well supported manner? Third party content providers like Anthony, Deebach and many others deserve to benefit from their labors (it will encourage them to make more!), and are an important partner to Korg themselves in making Korg's arrangers and WS's competitive. I feel Korg could do a better job assisting and protecting them.
