I really do hope it's something like that, but if so KORG is a bit late to the game already. They may have kickstarted the recent analog revival with the monotribe/trons but the market has become quite crowded since then with some really attractive offerings (Minibrute, Minitaur, MFB, Doepfer, Vermona, Boomstar, etc.).Hugo wrote:I'm guessing it's an expanded Monotribe, a real deal analogue synth, at a low price
However, KORG has got one huge advantage over all those--the nostalgia factor. Of course Roland has that too, but it doesn't look like they are getting back into analog.

I really don't hope so. Well I don't mind if they make software and release it as software only, but I don't hope they will stop producing hardware.RC-IA wrote:Major announcement: korg stops hardware and goes software only. The first release is a virtual kronos, for 999$

10 ?
lol... could be.
I think it's safe to say the Home Edition of the Pa3X will come.
The delayed and long expected OS for the Pa3X.
Likely to see the KRONOS Editor v2
And.... after that it's how much you can dream.
Regards

Stickers with C - B to know which keys to hit when playing in two colors (also for the inverted SV1).
