rs.felicio have you created a streaming version of this now that the 2.0.2 is out? Has anyone else?

Thanks for your info.
What is the difference with the 1.6Gb version I have downloaded and the streaming version? I would assume that the samples are the same. I had hoped that it just the way the operating system handles the files, and streaming is a different way of handling

Regards
Olaf
There's no difference other than the original requires 1.6GB of RAM and the streaming version needs only 75MB of RAM.

Sharp.

Just installed OS.2 and I'm trying out the RSF piano. I like it a lot. A very nice addition to the Kronos piano's.

But there is something strange with it. When I check the size of the piano in Global --> KSC auto-load the disk size is 6.7 GB and the ram size is 1.9 GB.
The actual size on disk is 1.6 GB.

Anyone else experience this? How can I fix it?

This means your KSC has references to other sound samples like internal EXs. That's the reason for big disk size. If you want to have just your piano in that KSC all you have to do is to load your KSC (with clear all option checked) into RAM and after that just save a new KSC (with UserBank.KSC) on your SSD.

That's what I did. I loaded the RSF PIANO.pcg-file that was provided by rs.felicio with the clear all option checked.

Every time I load it the ram size (of the RSF PIANO alone) is 1.9GB and the disk size 6.7GB.
When I try to autoload it it only fits when only PRELOAD.KSC (814MB) is checked. When PRELOAD.PCG and BRASS WOODWIND.PCG are checked (1148MB) I get an error message that there is not enough memeory for the RSF PIANO.

Hello,

RSF Piano - version 2.0.

I added a new prog (UG-000) using Damper + Mechanical Noise by SGX-1 (only a test) and new EQ.

I'd be happy if someone more experienced with editing would improve the package.

omg Mr rs.felicio this is simply a work genious , thank you so much .

Please notice everyone that the Bb3 is not assigned in one of the velocities. To fix this first you need to load the multsample in ram mode and assing the sample for that particular velocity ( sorry I am not at home) and then resave the patch on your usb. If anyone has probl;ems assigning just let me kbnow, I can send more details when I get home.

Thanks for your hard work.

Now that the archive has been saved in the new OS2 format, ff you change the PCG again (for example, adding another program), it would be good to have the option to just download the PCG as opposed to the entire archive.

Here only PCG file (for this last package).

Can we get a streaming version of this up for those of us that don't have expanded RAM yet?

Or at least just the user bank file to add to what we have?

Thanks!

Hi,

I add some news / improvements on the initial topic.
I think it's easier.
