At least you are earning some money from gigs to offset the costs (I hope!!).

Must admit, I bought my PA4x sight-unseen but I did keep my 3x until I had it all working.

I'll never buy sight-unseen again from the Korg arranger range.

BUT!! I am looking forward to owning the 5x just as soon as it is stable and useable.

Not long to go until the first upgrade - very anxious to see how it goes.

Take care

Pete :D
Yes.. the eyes are certainly on this one and will be "Make or Break" for many I am sure.

Bescki,

I would hang on to it till the end of this month.

I got a newsletter from Korg UK which said the V1.1 will be available "later" this month. They also said that the live seminars will be resuming soon. Things are looking up!

So their worldwide facebook presence is for UK members only. That's nice of them.

They're also reinstating the webinars. Wonder if the great unwashed outside of the UK will be able to access those. I note that all the previous webinars have been pulled from Crowdcast, so I'm not hopeful of seeing any new ones - well not as long as that toffee-nosed bugger is running the show.

Totally wrong assumptions.

The Facebook page is provided by Korg UK.

The Webinars via the Crowdcast host are provided by and run by Korg UK.

Korg HQ and Korg USA have provided sweet FA in regard to support to any Pa keyboard other than Steve’s Video Manual series.

So give Korg UK a break.

Adam & Luke of Korg UK started a webinar on the 5X and so far have not followed it up despite saying that they would. No point in provided a webinar for a deeply flawed product, they must be highly embarrassed by the time it has taken to get where they are.

I received an eMail from them the other day.

We're excited to announce that monthly live webinars will be returning in the New Year.

As well as featuring familiar faces from the Korg family, it will be a great opportunity for us to meet and talk about all things related to Pa keyboards.

We'll be in touch soon ..

I agree, Adam and Luke are stuck in the middle of this debacle created by The Korg Corporation, they are doing their jobs to the best of their abilities with what they have been given and if you meet them in person then you would know they are Fair and Realistic about PA5X problems and are both a credit to Korg ((((Take Note Korg Corporation)))) in what is clearly a very difficult situation which is not of their making. :)
