Surely you have dealt with bugs before?

I saw your problem, but what I don't understand is why is that combi in the middle of the sequence and the single program? Can't you get rid of the combi and be fine until they fix the bug? Do you need the sequencer to keep running before you press the combi or program. I know it's inconvenient, but what other choice is there until they fix the problem?

robbinhood wrote:While Im really, honestly,, absolutely DISGUSTED with the s**t im going through with my OS and bugs... The ONLY thing keeping me on board with korg on it is this simple fact

Korg has never, ever ever, had a setlist mode in any keyboard, ever. With a brand new feature like this, bugs are bound to happen.... And while im really pissed that the disc i was shipped with my kronos contains an older OS, i will survive... i already found newer disc from a friend. I do think korg really f***ed this up for me. However, build quality is a different story. The build is fine... if youre not the kind of dumbass who uses a gig bag and puts s**t on top of it, it should be fine.

i sprung for the $500 custom flight case from A&S cases. And my kronos has seem some serious road-age so far.. no problems besides bugs, which im sure will be fixed in october ;)

I think all your cuss words,( f***ed ,s**t, pissed) are uncalled for especially after I was just slammed for doing the same. I removed my post and you should do the same. GregC, Panrixx and Aron were also offended by the post I made, unless maybe they find it acceptable coming from you! I bet others wont though.

It was not the cussing, it was the content. You no longer own the Kronos but you seem to take every oppurtunity to slag it off. You made your opinions known at the time so what are you trying to acheive now?

I'm still awaiting delivery of my K88 and, maybe, I'll find a couple of things I'm not totally happy about. I'd hope I would comment on any such problems in a balanced manner, much like Robinhood. I just do not see the point in being totally negative and taking any opportunity to paint a black picture. Obviously, you have the right to say what ever you like but those are my thoughts which I am also free to express.

Edit: Just read the other post and you are right, I did say I'd skip your posts but forgot to do so. I'll try to be more diciplined next time. By the way, I do not class the word 'Hell' as cussing - maybe it's viewed differently where you come from.

Every board or module ive boughten were used and outdated, therefor by the time i got it, i could just put on the latest OS and all bugs were already kinked off. so no i actually have not dealt with bugs like this.

I am pissed about these bugs, however i am very tolerant, and actually HAPPY i can be the one to report it to korg, so they can fix it for not just the future OS, but for the future products which incorporate set list and SST. That is the PRICE YOU PAY OF BEING AN EARLY ADOPTER

and i have no problem with that :)

and yes i need that combi in between, though it causes the bug. its a part of that song to have a split like that and its just what i gotta do! The reason i ran into it was because I FORGOT TO PRESS STOP ON THE SEQUENCER because my drummer counted off too quickly. the reason its STILL A PROBLEM is because a lot of people have intro tracks, and say the sequence ends on a fade out.. and then they probram up to a combi, then a lead sound, bam hanging notes.. even though you thought the SEQ was over.

my workaround is just resampling the sequence and wasting ram, btw.

Hopefully this clears things up. sorry about my tone. But this crap is ridiculous.

I figured so.

I saw that. But I don't understand,why can't you just press stop? I mean, I agree it's a pain, but can't you do that?

Does this happen if you press the combi on the screen?

I am not brushing this off. It's a bug and thanks to you, Korg knows. But I would not assume that a _lot_ of people will have this problem. I am constantly amazed at bugs that exist and the number of people that avoid them.

Sparkie,

I am waiting delivery of my K88 so how can I "no longer own a Kronos"?

I paid the balance of my order yesterday as delivery is likely to be next week. When it arrives I'll gladly take photos to back that statement up.

I'm a Chartered Mechanical Engineer, not a touch typist. So I type the best I can and sometimes I forget to re-read what I have written - so sue me for such a major oversight.

You on the other hand are showing how intelligent you are. Having run out of logical argument you start petty personal attacks. Well done
