Thanks a lot , Producer Edition has a lot of native & ambient DKs , Timur already confirmed that , and as I've described
contents that can be found there seem to be impossible for any developer to fit them in 500 Mb PCM container
(original resources were 10 Gb) , with no quality loss ... that's my main innovation there , that only a few customers
have remarked that , the development level was always high for granted !
There are many - many reasons there to discover and finally categorize this product as "cheap" !

Offcourse there's gonna be some technical loss, when compressing 10Gb Down to 500 Mb. But that's just being narrow-headed. Nobody hear that when the music playes... However, I do love what you did with version 2 studio set drums - truly sounds amazing and more snappy and alive. "You got game player"!
I might just make an order on this full set, also might I add - I'm loving the Steinway (DEMO) you gracially shared some time ago.. Thanks alot! Can't wait to get my hands on the "Whole body"!
I'll PM you Antony, if that's okay!??
Yeah Asena, we both been requesting live sounds with.. Drums and Bass is ESSENTIAL, That's the "Heart & Soul" in any music genre. Your experience must have been very funny, I'm sure you had a big smile on your face when hitting the pillow that night!

Pa3XDK , there was no compression of 10 Gb , I made some very sophisticated ADSR tricks & sample modeling with natural
big duration samples like pianos to be heard equally with 20 time longer samples

(that's the best I can tell) !
This technique is not necessary in Kronos development products !
If 2015 flagship PaSeries arranger would use streaming from disk technology then a rave international pack will be created !
If you liked free Steinway then you'd love shareware one and it's only one of three GRD Pianos contained there !
But if your basic needs in your Pa3X are Drums then the wiser and very cheaper option might be only Bass & Drums pack
'cause note that you can't have both Producer edition & Studio Bass & Drums in Pa3X !

Antony; Oh no, I also am very interested in the rest of the sample Collection, especially GUITARS. As I think those are lacking in factory sounds to. And additionally the drums set up to Work with superior drummer, and addictive drums. Since I already own both of those.
So this would make my order "all or nothing", but is a shame though that the studio drums can not be fitted together with producer edition 14 as well. would have been "a sweet side-order". However, think I'd go with the producer edition.

well , I have to clarify that Producer Edition includes Bass & ambient Kit of Studio Drums but not the Jazz Kit ,
but also contains Guitars for styles ... so in that case you can feel happy

For years now I've tried to avoid purchasing a PA3x, now PA4x, by routing my PA500 MIDI outs to a pretty comprehensive DAW. It works well but, it's a lot of work.
Watching and listening to the YouTube videos has sold me. Did I not own an SY77 and PK6, I would not believe these high quality samples could be compressed this effectively without degradation. Being of an age that I was impressed with the memory of the first Commodore 64 I purchased, I appreciate MEMORY!
It takes a TRUE AUDIO ENGINEER to accomplish what has been done with the "Platinum 512" Update. I guess I'm going to fold and purchase a PA4x as soon as the budget permits.
You really should get a commission from Korg!
