Here are some excerpts from Sina's second video:
Sina states: "But going back to Sharp, when you said, you know, between me
offering 50 grand on different forums looking for a hitman to kill
people who stole my oasys to the fact that I have millions
you need to realize this, that was four years ago, that's in the past,
get over it, jesus, why do you have to bring up the past, the past is the past,
it's gone, it's over, it's never coming back, ok, yes, I realize you have an
uncanny memory, but this isn't three years ago..."
My comments:
Murder for Hire comes under California's First Degree Attempted Murder Statute of a planned and premeditated crime which carries a potential penalty of life in prison. The statute of limitations in California is based on the potential penalty for a crime, so there is no statute of limitation applicable for attempted murder. This means that Sina could be held legally accountable for any direct step of making any kind of an offer of money for murder, for any length of time, without regard to the success or failure of the attempt. Of course liars like Sina want their past lies to just disappear as if they didn't occur. He blames Sharp for having an "uncanny memory", as if somehow he's to blame for remembering the possible murder threats written by a forum member. It would be crazy for Sharp not to remember this. Some words just can't be taken back and forgotten. See what happens when you yell "fire" in a crowded theatre, or "bomb" on an airplane, or offers of money for murder on public forums. There are legal limitations to speech and there can be legal consequences. I think the main reason why Sina hasn't been reported to the District Attorney in his area is because Sina, if anything, seems too mentally ill to be taken entirely seriously.
More Sina comments from the video:
"I got that Oasys back, yes I did lie about it in the beginning, I do admit that. Obviously I did something right to get it back. Obviously people remembered
that story, they remembered me, and look what happened. It's called "acting as if, when you "act as if", it shows up in your reality, I'm living proof of that.... Some people, all they want to do is, let go of the past sometimes, and this is one of them."
What Sina is saying here is that the ends justifies the means. It's ok to lie if it helps him get what he wants. In fact, he implies that it's good to lie.
In his first video he states:
"And speaking of delusional, a very successful person once told me that there's
a delusional quality that all rich people have to have in order to become
successful. So if I'm delusional then that's kind of a complement, but the way
you're implying it is quite insulting to me."
So to him it's ok and good, even necessary to be delusional in order to achieve success, and he's proud of it, until he is called out by anyone who implies that his delusions are negative in a manner that's insulting to him.
He want the permission to lie and delude himself however he pleases, but don't go judging him or insulting him about his lies and delusions? Sorry, but here in the real world, we have the right and ability to expose his lies and delusions and not consider his fantasy world to be a positive thing for us or others on this forum. If he wants to live in his own little fantasy world, he can make his own forum that he controls. If you want to join him there, be my guest. But here in KorgForums, I think Sharp is well within his right to set the terms of the dialog in the reasonable manner that he's chosen to do so, with regards to Sina's alternate reality.
I'm getting into these details because, if you're going to defend him, you might as well know what you're defending. You're not only defending him but also his principles of intentionally lying to achieve an ends by any untruthful means, that delusions are a positive and necessary thing for success, and that he should be able to discuss his delusions "as if" they are reality because he thinks that his belief will make them come to pass. He might be able to get away with these beliefs with his theta healer, but we have no obligation to uphold his delusions for him here. In fact, I don't really care if he believes these principles in his personal life, so long as he is truthful here for any information that others may rely upon. I don't care if he thinks his house is made with bricks of solid gold, so long as he sticks to the facts in his advice and opinions that he gives to others.
Now take a look at his Youtube history associated with the account he used to post these videos:
