Well I have just had an Email from Korg saying they have extended the time limit till 31st May for the Oasys credits..
Still think its taking the proverbial a bit...
As we are entitled to this via Korg's gesture, there should be no time restriction,I have no plans to purchase a Kronos in the near viccinity but may purchase a little down the line as a gigging replacement to my Oasys(would like a 73 but waiting for the probs with the software and keys to be completely ironed out before jumping in)
It would be more courteous it Korg made the credits freely purchasable to those entitled to them throughout the lifetime that the Kronos is still in production/Supported,this would give more choice on what to buy should Korg introduce more libraries during this time,if not then its the person who is entitled to them his or her wish to give them away...

I got the extension email too.
So if I have all the OASYS standard EX libraries installed already, including the Brass freebie from Korg last year, there's nothing I can use my credits on, is there?
Is that correct?
Just thought I'd better check before I offer up my credits!

So, was it ever confirmed that the credits were transferable?
I have the full $750, which I will not be using, since I have zero interest in buying a Kronos.
I would definitely consider offering them up provided it's "legal" to do so, and it's worth my while. As much as I'd love to just hand 'em over outright, I'd still like to have something for them, if possible.

I got the email as well.
Appreciated, Korg.

Indeed, this correction/ extension is very appreciated and welcomed, it seems they have heard us, at least in away, because I fully agree with you and the best solution down the road would have been to eliminate any date/time restriction, at least throughout the lifetime that the Kronos is still produced.
Thanks for listening us (on this), however.

Like just about everyone else who has a KRONOS, I would be very grateful if any Oasys owners would be willing to graciously donate their credits
O'm not sure what I could give in return though, except my eternal appreciation and gratitude, but I will try and think of something!

Unfortunately not - as that would be quite clever. It's just the username I selected when I established my account back in 2005, and I can't change it
