It's strange that my solution does not work for you when it has worked for several Pa500 owners.
Which DI (Dual Insertion) boxes are you using to convert unbalanced to balanced from the Pa500? My preference is the Behringer Dual DI box since it's less than $40. How long are the TS mono jack guitar leads from the Pa500 to the DI boxes, and how long are the XLR leads from the DI boxes to your mixer?
