Impossible to answer. Maybe the approach is to sell it whilst you can't do without it - meaning it is most likely more sought after. Once a new model is imminent the resale price of the old models plummets.
Computer-related technology like these keyboards will never hold their price unless it is a true master, like the Hammond B3.
Just stay on good terms with the wife & kids and your next purchase will be a lot easier to justify !!

Heck Korg has probably destroyed many families. Damn machines either too good your hooked or suck so bad that you spend years finding solutions around it.
