Please help me pick an M50!

Coz I tried out a Juno G last week, the arp seemed capable of doing LOTS at once, and it's separate from it's Rhythm beats, so that's a plus!

also M50 offers a drum track plus independent dual arpeggiator (dual in sequencer mode or in combi mode, single in program mode).

M50 drum track are simple stunning, you have drum pattern of 4 and 8 bars somtimes with fills at the end of the pattern and there lot's of different styles covered with specific patterns and specific drum samples.

also the dual arpeggiator offers more tha one thousands of ready to use phrases categorized for instruments

Notice the picture is the 61. I checked Sweetwater (US) but no other US retailers. The good thing is that it looks like the 73 is going to happen. I hope it happens in time for my New Year's Eve gig. That would be perfect!

Well if dealers have a list price for the 73 it must definitely be on the way. Can't be far off now. Happily 61 is good enough for me as I don't play live at all and transpose does the job for me

It doesn't matter. You can program that in. If it's in the "wrong" octave, just transpose it and save as a new program.

I was just asking out of curiousity, really.

Guys, it looks like I'm going for the 61-key version!
The local Korg distributer is giving a great deal on it for their 20th anniversary and throwing in the Korg damper pedal (DS-1?) to boot!
By the time the 73 gets here, the prices will be sky high in comparison.

What's the best way to shift octaves ON THE FLY besides S1/S2?
