Bug using help in 1.3 (Update Message for 1.3.1)

Sorry, I missed your previous reply. I'm very sorry that this hasn't been handled for you. Did Korg USA recommend that you use the factory CDs which came with the OASYS to re-install your software? That would be my recommendation in this case (and those who follow my posts here will know that I almost never make this recommendation).

Hi, Dan, I hadn't tried that. Now the only issue is locating those CDs. We've moved since I purchased my Oasys. Yikes. Any other way to get them?

Korg USA should be happy to set up a download for you; they a note about this on the OASYS support page under Operating System:

Operating System Version 1.3.1 Four-CD Set

Operating System Version 1.3.1
This four-CD set can be used to reauthorize and update an OASYS from Version 1.0 (or higher) to Version 1.3.1. To download the CD images, please submit a request using the form at http://www.korg.com/contactus.aspx.

Dan, is the is the same as the ISO of the reauthorization disk on the korguser site?
