I dont get people that change keyboards so frequently. As Ive said before spend a little time.getting to know what you already have.

As there are more pa700 and Pa1000 owners here now therr are also more people that may be able.to help, or make.you think 'Well.I hadnt thought of doing it that way' and change the way you use your arranger.

Almost one year later, this thread is still relevant

Now some of us are still staying home. Does anybody has experience with streaming music on PA700 via online conference application such as Zoom, etc.? We can connect the arranger via an audio interface into the computer, making sure to have the best audio setting inside the meeting application. I suppose most of people listen to the streaming either on the computer, phone or tablet. So my question is, how should we dial in a good EQ & Limiter combination on the arranger to best fit this scenario?

I found on the pa1000, the factory default compression do not seem to work for me. So made my own. Once I got it leveled out, I Adjusted the gain up to get those quieter sounds to be heard. I found this to be useful:

Can you share your settings in some form?

It is tough to say what setting is good to every individual taste. Lot depends on style of music. I can share my setting as of now, but I have not been gigging out yet with pa1000; that is the real test!
As far as EQ, I am using the factory pop setting.
Now for compression/limiter:
The gain is at +7 but if you notice when you turn compression off, sound goes to a lower level. So maybe gain could be turned down to +2, +3? But a matter of taste.
Ratio is at 20:1
Threshold at -18. You will notice as you go more negative, it compresses more. And it will get at a point where there is a pumping sound and you will see Middle gain reduction Red bars pushing it down. Something to avoid.... You just want to get some hard sound transits to compress. Drums for example may sound more live...
The attack and release 28 and 24 respectively. That is how it will grab and release a compressed sound. I will leave it at that...
Try it and share other settings you might say improved this, but this is just a start in my view. By no means I am an engineer...matter of taste, no right,
no wrong...But some may differ...
Ratio 20.0:1
Threshold -18
Attack 28
Release 24
gain adjust +7 (could be lower?)...
