not arguing with your views, feelings and opinions.
Your "explanations" are fine but not facts as such as you are saying "..I believe..." and "...should..." and "...if...." which is all cool and respected.
All my points are related to empathy for phelene who deserves to be treated like an
honest customer - that's all.
It's a shame when you hear about these things... there is a massive rip-off in the world of software these days in many areas of business - that will always be the case sadly but it's getting better as people are more knowledgeable and becoming more aware.
I hope for nothing more than phelene being treated as an honest customer who is not asking for a "supported" version just merely a replacement of his "paid-for and licenced" version for his replaced PC - maybe at worst, with a small and fair administration fee.
...fingers crossed they do the right thing here....
Cheers

Totally agree with how you said it now!!
But what i wrote about the license agreements we accept by any means , is a fact and not my opinion.Everything else as i wrote and you stated too is clearly my opinion!!
Wish for the best too!

Hi Asena
1. From your above quote, I am guessing you are part of PAMANAGER team
2. Respectfully, you have missed the point of phelene's request which is re-access to software for which he has a valid purchased licence
3. So, respectfully, your "vehicle" analogy does not make sense in this case
I am not part of this issue other than commenting on what is said above.
If all is factual, then I hope PAMANAGER team (you) do the decent thing and support him.
Cheers

I purchased paManager v1 several years ago. A couple years ago I replaced my computer. They were able to transfer it to my new pc, just sent the code as asked, without a cost. Is this something new, charging for a new license?
If you replace computer?

there is a limit of how many times you can get a replacement license (2 or 3 times i believe). i reached my license replacement limit 2 months ago so the next one will cost me. thankfully i dont plan on buying a new PC or OS disk any time in the near future.

I have contacted support for several issues. They were quick to respond, always. Looking forward to version 4. A great tool!
