Your opinion about high class keyboard or cheap China products unfortunately is one of the prejudices that poorly informed people spread unchecked - but these prejudices have not been true for many years.
“Made in China” does not stand for cheap and of poor quality, because China certainly produces some top-notch, world-class gadgets. If you do not believe me, try to to inform yourself about reputable sources, instead of repeating senseless claims.
Typically, when a mainland Chinese factory makes products under a foreign brand names, the quality is better, as brand owners specify the standards that they want met.
Laptop chargers - for example - nowadays are all made in China, regardless of the brand - just look at all the symbols of compliance with standards (CE, UL, GS, etc.), that are the world’s stamp of approval for Chinese products.
This also applies to the keyboards of Korg - the price differences do not arise due to the quality of the installed parts, but due to the different installed features of the models. The quality of the installed parts - including their origin - is the same.
In case you may compare the keyboard of the Pa3x (Fatar TP8S) with the keyboard of the Pa1000 and also compare with the keyboard of the Pa4x - would be interesting if you could find here big differences, justified with Chinese quality.
