Korg uses distributors *everywhere* except for Japan. *All* distributors do product support. You can find contact info for all Korg distributors here:ando727 wrote:That's the funny thing, Sander. In my country (Australia) I can't even find an email address to contact them on. Kong uses a distributor here and they don't do any product support. I couldn't find an international email address for product support either. The only addresses I ever found were strictly for product distribution. So if you actually know of a good way to contact them, I'd be very grateful to know.SanderXpander wrote:I hear you, Ando. While I would probably not use a piano roll editor on the Kronos (because I use my DAWs for that) the lack of direct and open communication with the user base is something that has troubled Korg for a while.
But it's worth noting that as far as I'm aware, Dan is here on his free time. Korg USA has kindly offered to host these forums when Sharp's ISP complained about the traffic but the forum isn't officially associated with Korg otherwise. That's part of the problem really. If you want to make sure Korg hears you it's always better to mail them directly.
