That's the funny thing, Sander. In my country (Australia) I can't even find an email address to contact them on. Kong uses a distributor here and they don't do any product support. I couldn't find an international email address for product support either. The only addresses I ever found were strictly for product distribution. So if you actually know of a good way to contact them, I'd be very grateful to know.
Korg uses distributors *everywhere* except for Japan. *All* distributors do product support. You can find contact info for all Korg distributors here:
