It's been absolutely awesome and rock solid.... until last night. It was all set up to go at the gig and literally 2 minutes before we started the first set, I went to hit a key and it was playing one of the SFX kits (when it should have been a piano). I checked and my combi had messed itself up. Thinking I had inadvertently done something wrong, I rebooted the Kronos. Came up with a blank white screen... dead.
Did you identify the cause of the problem yet? I've been planning to buy a Kronos for a while now, but every time I'm about to actually go and buy it, a story like this pops out from somewhere and makes me reevaluate my decision

oh yea - a reinstall of the OS fixed it.... Unfortunately my latest backup was way older than I thought it was, so now I'm in the process of reprogramming about 60 combis and setlist slots to get everything back in order before my next gig. Note - this problem is no one's fault but my own.

I'm in this, June 2011. I so love this keyboard. And so does everyone I play with and for. Every time I sit down at her I wonder just exactly what's going to come through. It's truly an amazing instrument...
