Tried both my pa800 and pa4x on krk5 through a Xenyx UFX1204,using the same balanced cables, even if pa800 doesn't use balanced cabples, and still pa800 sounds not only louder but brighter too (volume slider is at max for the test) ...The only thing pa4x is better at,is that it has the clearer low range ever, without any distortion or mud that pa800 has on that range.....If it is supposed to be that way,i would like to know it from Korg, otherwise I should ask for a new pa4x or my money back ?What Korg says about that?

I dont see this perceived problem at all, the outputs of my Pa4x are fairly hot and I have no issues getting working levels for live gigs. Plenty of power and dynamics at hand as well, would it not be possible to compare the signal output with another Pa4x at your dealer to ascertain if indeed there is a output issue?

There is no matter of hum nor noise in signal output of Pa4X , simple or balanced !
The only fact is that output signals of Pa3-4X are about 5 db lower than older PaSeries and the reason is that
engineers calculated Rom normalized stereo samples to be at around 1 volt rms in output at full level of volume
slider in order to avoid distortion , so all mono custom samples will be lower than order PaSeries in a value of
5 plus db and this can be easily equalized by Maxx Audio Gain.

I have to say, my 4x outputs are exactly as they should be. In fact, it is probably the most noiseless keyboard I've ever played... (and I've been through the lot - Roland, Yamaha, Nord, etc.) - when I connect to my desk, balanced throughout, volume around half-way, set at an average line-level starting point I can JUST peak if I try. And that's about where I want it to be...!
When my monitors are 'floating' - nothing connected - they have a very slight hiss. When I connect my balanced cables to L & R of the 4x, that hiss goes - there is literally NO appreciable noise.
Then I turn up the volume to approx half-way, and it's loud to the point of being louder than I'd normally use for prolonged periods. I have the option of going up OR down, with no noise or problems.
That said, having worked in the broadcast / pro-audio sector in the past, I've never come across a keyboard (or other electronic instrument) that I've NOT been able to deal with. Even the cheapest pre-amp stage on a basic desk will handle an array of input levels - that's what they're there for.
Depending on the circuitry used to provide balanced / unbalanced signals, you will often see a difference in level between using balanced (TRS or XLR - fully wired) and unbalanced (TS or 'mono' jacks) - this is simply due to the way the signal is derived (the 'cold' phase of the balanced being shunted to ground in unbalanced wiring).
Sorry - that's a long-winded response to say "Mine's okay - maybe it's just your setup which has issues@
