I was wondering, have people had problems with grouping power and audio cables together ?
I mean, does/can it affect sound if the audio cables together with the power (220V or 120V) cables are bundled and share the same length for about 1 or 2 meter?
I have a table type stand (and want to buy another similar kind), and want to route all the cables along one leg, both power cables and audio cables. Can it affect sound quality or introduce noise/peeps etc?

Kronos has balanced-in/out audio ports. If your amplifier has balanced-in ports just buy balanced cables and that should take care of any buzz.michelkeijzers wrote:I was wondering, have people had problems with grouping power and audio cables together ?

Ok thanks ... at least for gigging it will not be a problem (at home I have just a stereo with 'old' speakers).phattbuzz wrote:Kronos has balanced-in/out audio ports. Got home today and set up the Quik Lok Monolith M91. The front legs fold in to make it flat and lightweight. The design looks great and is perfect for pedals. Ton of room and the back acts as a rest so your pedals don't slip. It really looks like a proper keyboard stand.
Once you fold it out you can tighten 2 screws to make the resistance greater, which I recommend. I'm using it at the lowest setting. At that setting it is rock solid.
If you are going to use this stand from a seated position I highly recommend it. It is affordable, looks great, has ideal leg room and is stable.
If you plan on using it from a higher position, I'm not sure I would recommend it. The way it is designed, when the arms extend out, they will sway. It is because the arms have a millimeter gap from the housing. At the lowest position, it isn't an issue, but when you extend the arms that millimeter causes too much play.
