A Plea to Korg Forums New Owners.

Post by dexman »

A message to the new owners of korgforums...

The site is dying. Responses to clicks is extremely laggy due to bot activity and site5.com is a basement grade host.

Please consider spending some time & effort to putting this site back into a condition that people would want to visit & participate on.

Put the site behind Cloudflare to help keep bots at bay.
If there are any updates available for phoBB, please implement them.
Saul at yamahamusicians.com has a standing offer to host the site on his secure servers right next to his own site.

The experience on korgforums has been extremely poor for a while now. Please don't let it die from neglect.

Well, it has gotten snappier lately, at least by this forums standard.

It is a bit quicker than usual. Unfortunately, given time, the site will slow way down again. Over at Yamahamusicians, Saul put the site behind Cloudflare and that works to help keep bots at bay. 🙂👍
