RADIAS sounds in MONO

Hello,

Surprisingly I found out lately that my RADIAS sounds in MONO out of MAIN OUTPUT. From Phone output it is OK.

Can it be because of cable connector TRS? Should it be TS?

Are both of the Radias' Main Outputs, L/mono and R being used?

If the destination is a stereo mixer, are the two mixer channels being used panned hard left and right, respectively?

The Radias' outputs are unbalanced, so only TS cables will need to be used.
