Hi. I have had numerous repairs done to my Kronos X but they havent fixed the booting issue. I have been told the repair shop is no good. They installed a D525mwve motherboard with a KLM-3002 sideboard. Was this correct or should it have been the more expensive standard D510MO with a klm3008?
Thanks
Mark

did you back up your files ? do that first.witmer26 wrote:Let me add that i have verified i have replaced the clock battery with a 2032 but the bnattery has low voltage error has always still appeared. Could this indicate a power issue
The midi clock needs to be reset from its old factory date. Its a simple menu item.
if you google the forum, that will talk about that menu. The menu also appears with your low volt warning.
Not a power issue
Witmer26 - what was "the booting issue" ?
I have a 1st gen Kronos that wouldn't boot up - 6 months ago - & a new power supply was installed. Everything OK until 11 days ago, when the power cut out again. After booting up for 10 days, today it failed again. I was wondering if this was your problem too when you say "the booting issue".
