BUG: Triton VST global arpeggiator settings do not work.

In the Triton VST, the global ARP settings do not disable the ARP when loading patches.

In the Triton VST manual, it says:

When this is OFF, the arpeggiators will all be set to OFF, even if the arpeggiator is turned ON in the combination or program.

But this is not how the Triton VST behaves. Instead, the global arpeggiator settings do absolutely nothing.

Are Korg aware of this and intending to fix?
