Kronos Crashing / Long tone plays

While in sequencer mode on my Kronos2 (73) it'll crash, everything freezes, and a loud pulse sounds. I have to shut it off to get it normal again. I'm only ever in sequencer mode, so I don't know if it doesn't any other time. It's crashed while playing a sequence as well as being idle. Anyone else have this issue and no a fix? Thanks!

my wild guess is that you are working with midi files ?

With program changes, GM-resets and SysX commands not for the Kronos?

I had 3 crashes like that, since I bought Kronos (June 2018) :

2 in combi mode ( no ext. MIDI connections )
1 in program ( connected to DAW )
