What is maximum write/read speed that pa3x supports?
And also does anyone tested that usb flash memory whats inside keyboard?
I was planing to change it for some with bigger capacity in few days... just to be shure to buy optimal for r/w capability....

Pa3X uses USB2 protocol that like USB1 is semi-duplex and also used in HD port (HD converter board to USB2)
the same is valid for internal flash drive of 61 keybed in HD role (the shipped is slow).
Theoretically reading speed should be at around 30Mb/sec (480 Mbit/s standard protocol) and writing speed just
the half , but when measured with monolithic files & HD , it was about 20 Mb/sec maximum (too slow).
Common old USB2 thumb drives never exceeded 8 Mb/sec and the maximum calculated speed I've got , using
an USB2/3 128Gb Sundisk extreme , was 22/18 Mb/sec reading/writing speed !
Also note that transfer speed is seriously determined by number & size of files !
hope this helps

I skipped that lesson at class
Well, the results are next..... korg has installed some 2gb usb stick....
measured with 3 different programs.....
korg 2gb smi usb --- just 17 MB/ sec
so i found some old 4gb usb that is also on usb 2.0 protocol but read speed is over 30 MB/ per sec..... and instaling in my pa3 this moment
i just wonder on what limit korg set up adressing per block in pa3x.....
