finding user in performance / sounds section

first off can't find my manuel & the back up I had downloaded ,of course , won't open ... i downloaded some new piano sounds to my thumb drive , loaded them to user 1 in the performance/sounds ..but i can't find how to get into this user section ,,,never download sounds before .... its easily visible in the style section but how do I get to it in performance /sound section ...
