pa3x set not loading correctly on the pa4x

guys i need some help ... I'm having a lots of problems loading my old pa3x sets to my new keyboard pa4x .... i know the process it's just not doing it .. this is what's going on ....
first i load the styles then the pads then the styles then the performance one bank at a time till i get to bank 12 then i do one by one ... but when i want to load another set to take a place for the old one it's telling not enough memory witch tells me the new sounds are not replacing the old one the keyboard is trying to keep my old sound and trying to load the new sound witch off cource i wont due to memory and also user spot isues .... can anybody please tells me how to change the setting for the keyboard so when i try to load new sounds it replaces the old sounds .

I am assuming that you are loading sounds individually or by bank? (i.e. not a ".SET")

When you do this the keyboard will "add" any samples related to the sounds loaded - hence you could eventually run out of space.
If you load the ".SET" 9i.e. you are loading the PCM within it) it will overwrite the sample memory.

I am hoping I have understood you correctly here...

well you can't the hole set remember ? the pa4x doesn't load the pa3x set so im doing it like we are spouse to do it with is ... i load sounds by users . witch is user 1,2,3,4, then DK i don't load the PCM assuming i don't need to load the pcm
