Problem with korg m50 sound

Hi to all, i'm new in the forum and sorry for bad english but i'm italian...
Yesterday i had a problem with my kort m50 88 key, when i play the keys the sound don't exit anyway, with phones or l/r output.
In live sometimes the sound goes down but i blamed the system..

I've switched it on and of and for 5 minutes it works ,but after i've a low sound in phones like a reverber effects..
The configurable chord ( the 4 key under the effect control) function normally, i hear the chords...

How it can be the problem??I don't want to factory reset because i've a lot of personal sound in user bank!!

Help me please!!!

If there are a lot of sounds in the user banks, it is possible that something associated with those sounds, or something done during their creation, might be causing the issues described. It might be worth backing everything up, then doing a full factory reset and testing the playability of the M50. If all is OK, and the personal sounds have been backed up, they can then be restored.

Is the latest system version running on the M50?
