My Korg PA3X froze?
I was in the middle of playing a song with my Korg PA3X and it just completely froze? The note I was playing was sustained and I could not change chords or anything.
This is the first time this has happened should I be Worried?
After I turned it off for around 5-10 minutes, I started up and Started playing without no freezing.

A one off is nothing to be worried about.
For all you know it might not have been the fault of the Pa3X at all. Maybe at that moment the power level dipped in your area.
These things happen.

This happened to me at a gig too. Thankfully it was 20 minutes before the end and all the dancing had been finished already, so I was able to iPad DJ the last bit.
In my case, it booted back up at home, but quickly degenerated, first repeating this behavior, then giving weird error messages and hanging on boot up.
I needed to replace the motherboard. Korg technical support was absolutely non-responsive on this, and so I was out $450+ and the board was at the shop for months waiting on the part.
I would be very wary of taking the board out on a gig with out thoroughly stress-testing it first.
