Player trouble

Hi,

I have PA3X International in connection to the iPad Air2 and SongBook+. I'm mostly using mp3 matrix, occasionally "style" aswell. There is a problem when it's playing an mp3. Suddenly mp3 playback stops on one or even both players. I can't find any other solutions, restarting keyboard works, but it's very disctracting during the performance. The same problem occured with the Musikant version, during different songs. Did anyone else have similar experience with this? Is it possible to reset the players in some other way? Please help.

I have same problem . This is a terrible bug from the machine . Until now have no solution . It cold be interesting to open a thread to talk about experiences and posible solution for this .

It doesn't seem possible to me that only two of us noticed this. There is probably someone else with the same experience. In my case, everything is working normally, but there's no sound.

Next time the players stop and do not work , do not turn off the pa3x just take the ipad off , unplug it and try just the play the player and just maybe the Ipad is sending sonething to stop the pa3x players,

It's also happening when the Ipad is not connected, so this can't be the problem. I think that a MIDI file could somehow interfere and shut down/change the volume of the player. But this is not visible on the volume parameter on the player at all.

I use mp3 backin tracks , so player make sound bass and drums and i play the rest of the tracks , simply system . The player is freezing and hang up the keyboard , so i have to restart , sometimes by the stand by and sometimes need to go to the grey button on the back of the keyboard.
Never is the same situation , different songs , different sounds , from the pendrive and from the hd . Like i say this is not serious , i have 2 keyboard 61 and 76 that cost lot of money and finally and i´m using a 150€ mp3 player.

Hi friends:

I don't have PA3x, but i don't experiment such problems with MP3 and PA600.- In some cases i need background sound while i play kyb, and load MP3 from pendrive, and all works fine, even if MP3 are stored on songbook, and no hang up o freezing kyb or player.-
I suggest you testing different MP3 or store them on internal HD.-

Like i say before , i have try all the posible situations . Also with the mp3 stored in the hd is freezing the keyboard . Im waiting for the sat to obtain an answer ......
