How do you use DS-10?

I just got it today and it's not really easy to figure out. I've never used a synthesizer before, but I want to become good at this so that I can make chiptune/dubstep/house music. There aren't many tutorials out there on how to use DS-10. My copy is used as well, so the old beats that somebody else made are still on the cartridge. Does any one have any tips or links that would help an absolute beginner?

I'm pretty intrigued by this, though haven't bought it yet. This review seemed to lay out the features most succinctly and the way I'd imagine using it.
