About Samples for Krome

I didnt really what get what s happening.
Is it safe to hack into the Krome?

And how does it work? Does it replace previous samples? And are they recoverable?
does all this work via an SD Card?

Hi - I was asking if I could (1) record my own samples, then (2) install to my krome. i do know that samples can be installed via sd card as well as with the krome Editor software that can be downloaded for free.
