Korg- m50- About backing up all my combis and programs

Post by symphmetal »

Hey guys
How can I backup all my combis (custom and preset) and my programs from the korg m50 to my macbook? I remember once reading something about doing this through korg m50 editor, but i cant seem to find it now.
Much appreciated!

You can use Global Mode to back up your programs, combis and settings to an SD card. The M50 supports SD cards up to 2GB, formatted in FAT16. From there, you can copy from the SD card to your Mac.

Thanks.
Is there any way this is doable through editor?

Also when I go to install the editor bundle from korg website, I just find the korg m50 editor. I cant seem to find the korg m50 plug in editor. Where can i find that?

there is no additionalplugin editor. the editor should show up in your DAW as a virtual editor (not a vst synth)
Harness the power of Korg synths
