Korg D3200 - Lost tracks.. Help!!

Hi!

We've lost all six tracks for our forthcoming EP! All was there except vocals basically.

It started with the display reading something like "Error, reboot system", I.E "you will loose all saved data"...
So, harddisc sent to a so-called rescuer, he only found some irrelevant WAV's, AND a big chunk (ca 1GB) of - what looked like - ZIP-files.
Our beloved wav-files were nowhere to be found.

How do we get to them, is there a way to un-zip those weird zip-files (if they are zip-files)..?
