you lost all credibility with me when you said g6 had "awesome" aftertouch...

fantom G series aftertouch was horrible... I was scared I was going to break my keys... I had to push WAY!!!!! to hard.

yes josh i agree with u. even i had a topic about kronos key sense, but comparing to pervious korg products like triton studio, trinity plus T3, o1wfd, were really awesome n i loved it........... then from m3, to Kronos after touch is some wat dissapointment....oooopsss the guy of korg members r just overcoming our topics.. really sad josh...

I'm sorry but I have to disagree. I currently own an M3 and love the keybed. Yes it is different but its not worse or lower quality.

It could be that you are just used to the feel of way the keybed/aftertouch of keyboards you're using.

Its kinda like when people say that the Motif pianos are superior than any other keyboard.

Its just an opinion. Not a fact.

You are entitiled to it but lets not confuse it with facts.

i really agree with u but iam a programmer past from 20years. using many gears its my suggestion to korg modifiers that if the keybed of Korg kronos61 is like tritonstudio..it wouldbe a really really awesome gear ever..

Well, I own a Fantom G7, a Motif Xs7, a Motif Es 6, a Motif Es6, AND a Motif classi, and I LOVE the Kronos' aftertouch! In fact, the only thing that even indicates that the G6 has after touch is the manual! The Kronos beats it hands down!

Äh, i don't believe that these two Guys have an unpaid opinion. It is the same Kind of Post we had several Times in the Forum.
She told me it was either her or the Kronos! I'm going to miss her...

I love it when a 3-time poster and a 14-time poster get together and salivate over other manufacturers gear.

Get a room!

Did you try to calibrate the aftertouch? I found mine to be a little too sensitive so I calibrated it and now it's just right.

That option is available I think from the drop-down menu in Global mode.

As for the touch and feel of the keys - it is wonderful! So much better than the springy yamaha (I think?) keybed in my old KARMA. Feels very professional and great for doing both synths and pianos, being semi-weighted.
