IS Anyone else having intermittent freezing and sound issues

I have tried to be patient and cautiously optimistic about the Korg PA3x. I have only had a week and I've been having intermittent freezing problems. I did a whole system reset per Korg PA's website and guidance, but tonight when I connected a sustain pedal things were fine for about 10 minutes, then all of a sudden when playing styles the keyboard sounds went silent, the bass on style kept playing, but all the other sounds wouldn't play in the lower or upper registers. I turned the board off and on, but still the keys wouldn't play ANY sounds. So I did a system reset MEDIA/UTILITY.

Is this board going to keep doing this? I do have the option to exchange it, but I'm a little worried that Korg may not be so good after all.

I love, love this board, but the board feels weak. I mean, when I bought my MAC, the quality was incredible and when I bought my YAMAHA Motif, there was never a problem with quality but is this Korg is beginning to feel like a $500 PC laptop instead of a MAC.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Yes, I and I suspect others have experienced those issues with the 3. Nobody has come forth with a solution however. It depends on where you bought your PA3 and how long you've had it for an exchange or return. Most outlets in the USA will allow a 30 day trial for exchanges or returns. Good luck.
