I am all for Korg taking the time to get it right. Its obviously complex to do so. Its easy to conceptualize a product but immensely difficult to have a finished product . I think those that are impatient should have this mindset.apex wrote:No I don't think they would. It would only create more complaints if they don meet the deadline.....it's better to remin quite and surprise us than warn us then disappoint.....Lou wrote:I'm still in question as to how valid all of this content is. Don't you think by now someone here from KORG would have been happy to make this announcement here on the forums and to confirm it? Sorry, I won't be getting excited until I hear it from one of our own reps here..thank you.
I think its unnecessary for a Korg rep to come on the forum to give weekly or monthly updates on a product.
A simple preannounce with a very general timeframe is adequate.
After a period of time, a 1 week final
announcement that " product available on our website on or about date ".
I think its best for Korg and customers to have a simple and formal communication process. I think the complaining gets fuel when they say
' ready in a few months', etc, etc.
