Midi transpose glitch, Help!

Midi transpose glitch...

I have a Korg MS2000 (controller 1) and a Triton Extreme (controller 2) hooked up to a Edirol UM-880 Patch Bay w/3 rack mount synths (proteus 1, Alesis QS & Roland JV-2080) and it's all worked fine for years.
My problem is my band is drop tuning 1/2 step...
My Triton automatically transposes the pitch to all rack mount synths (without transposing on any external synths)
The MS-2000 does not...so I have a major tuning problem.
I searched the entire midi menu in the MS-2000 and do not see what the difference between the 2 synths are...Any ideas?
