[Solved]how to clear a sound !?

Post by dodo502b »

Hi,

i just want simple initialize a sound. For Example E096, to start programming a complete new sound. But how !?

I have loaded the latest sound set vintage sounds from korg, but they overwrite all free user slots E096 to E172. Now i dont have any fresh init sound to copy from.

What now?

Starting from an existing Sound is very complicated. I have to guess what the parameter default value is.

Thanks for help

Just figured out...

Take a look on the Korg M50 Installation DVD. There is a folder with a .M50all file. Load this with your M50 Plugin Editor and all data will be overwriten. Also the sounds E096 to E127 with the Init Programm's.

Look at dvd:\M50 Editor\Preload\PRELOAD.M50all

bye and have fun

you should also be able to just load one sound from that .pcg so you don't have to load everything if you want to keep some of the vintage keys :)
