translation of the midi notes

so i have translated a samplebank with patterns to ableton live 6 to edit it.. and i ran into the following problems:

the exported patterns are not translated properly. they end up an octave down, but then again i am not sure if it does not differ per pattern..

then seondly ableton does not respond to slave mode whilst playing or recording.
