Dear,
I just bought OASYS's LAC-1 and paid 249$ via paypal.
Atter payment done, there is a windows for confirmation on purchasing

AFter I click confirm, it seems to be error
My Korg usernet ID is peeradonn@hotmail.com
There is a problem occur after I send my payment, and it seems like I

Dear,
Thanks for your kind comment about this case. Mine is different, my paypal account already deducted 249$ so I can't re-buy it. Or else I will have to pay 249$ again for LAC-1
Do you know where can i contact Korg for help? My local distributer seems unable to help me about this.
I need to use it quite urgent so please.... any one.... or korg staff....

If you paid - then Korg have your money. Hence - either they should provide you with the product - and help you to complete the transaction by downloading it; or alternatively you report Korg to PayPal as having made a bogus charge which they will not honour.
but if you've paid the money, then Korg have it, and must honour your transaction.
Contact your nearest Korg dealer, and explain it to them in no uncertain terms that they have this obligation given that they actually hvae your money. Under no circumstances should you pay again.
Failing this, perhaps Jerry you can send an appropriate email on your behalf to jolt Korg into fulfilling thei obligation?
good luck!
Kevin.

Dear Kevin,
Thanks for your comment. I just purchased MOD-7 minutes ago and this time, everything is Ok. I got my E-mail containing Activation code. But for LAC-1 since this morning, I still got any respose or mail from Korg yet.
Still wait and see what to do. If you have any comment, please share.
Cheers,
Kim

Cool! I was there earlier this year, mostly staying with a friend in Chang Mai!peeradonn wrote:Dear DAN,

Your Korg distributor is:
Music Concept Co.,Ltd.
4/1-2 Central World, 3rd Floor,Room # B333,Rajadamri Road,Pathumwan,Bangkok, 10330.
TEL : 662-255-6448/9
FAX : 662-255-6244
wanarat@musicconcept.co.th
My guess is that they, in turn, may have to ask Korg Inc. for assistance, but I would hope that the turnaround would be quick.
Best regards,
Dan

I'm sorry, but support is always done through the distributor. I would hope that this could be resolved quickly, especially if you call early in the day (so that there is time for them to communicate with Korg Inc.).peeradonn wrote:Thanks for loving my country, really appreciated!
BTW, is there any possible way I can contact korg user net staff directly?
It happened that I need to use LAC-1 sound on my performance this
Saturday. If this issue is not fix at that time, I may have to re-buy it

Dear Dan,
Thanks for all your help. I totally understand that this is Korg's policy. I'll
try my luck here, with my local Korg's distributor.
For my comment, The korg user net store "At least" should have a
pport team of their own. sice buying software online sometimes contain
error which need urgent support. don't you agree?
