Loading additional PCG sounds into memory

Post by cbachelu »

Can anyone tell me how to properly load additional programs into internal memory? I've got some additional sounds in a .pcg file that I want to load in, and using the Media menu, I can select the .pcg file and load it. It appears that the sounds are loaded properly, but I can't find them in any of the banks (either internal E, or the unused user banks - A - E, G). Does anyone know where the sounds get put? Is there any way for me to specify into which bank they are written? All suggestions welcome.

Go to media mode,
tab; load
select the file (xxxx.pcg)
select open
select program
select open
select load and then you can assign the bank you want it to load in.

If you select again open (instead of load), you can select the single programs and load them into loactions you want.

Hope this helps...
