My PA2XPRO RX Piano sounds very good...just like the one Chris plays on the DVD series.
I play through a set of Mackie HR824 monitors.
I have tweeked my master EQ a little on the high and low ends to +4db.
I have some high freq. hearing loss from working on IBM data processing equipment for lots of years...and other loud sounds in my life.
It is, however not as good to my liking as the one on my Kurzweil K2600X

My "wasting time to tweak pianos" has produced a much more satisfying selection of pianos for my Pa1x and anyone with a pa800 is welcome to try if they feel so inclined

Its a personal thing so maybe if you don't really care for a good piano thats OK too but there's no need to shout.

It's a very personal thing. I think we don't need new samples, the ones in our PA2x are very good. Spend some time ontweaking the sound till you get what you want. Rob Sheratt gave us some good tips for making it sound more real than it was
.
Here is my tip; Loose the reverb and try a little exciter instead(FX 95). It gets you a more rock piano sound that's usefull in a live band. It cuts through the mix very well.
