playing external sound from cubase to O

I have each midi track on cubase playing a different midi oasys sound for karma and i can hear it play through the O but lets say i want to throw in there a soft synth sound instead of an oasys sound can i do that somehow and hear it through the O.

Or how can I get the sounds to play with my midi soft syth through cubase.
I am looking into the manuel on system exclusive dump? does that have to do with it.
