problems with Radias rack data knob&

Hello,

i just purchased a used Radias expander, in mint condition but it appears the data entry knob - big white wheel at the right of the screen - is unreliable, skipping several steps at a sudden, and making editing a bit awkward.

Have you guys faced a similar situation already and do you know a remedy to this - if that exists... i upgraded to V2.0 (BTW the USR and PGM still show 1.01 for some reason), hoping this would cure the disease a bit, but it did not change anything in that area.

Your feedback and advice will be greatly appreciated

maybe the wheel is broke?

my wheel on the radias broke and I had it repaired.

it caused everything to skip back and forth.

Hi philippe,

its a hardware problem. I sent my radias to orkg for repair and they replaced whatever is behind the white wheel
