Are you sure it's not already in your Pa2X ?.

I just had a look at my Pa1X and I can see the sound your looking for at mutlisample number 93. It's even clearly listed as "Alto Sax 01/W".

Regards.
Sharp.

It makes no differance if your talking about the PA800.
It's identical to the pa2x

I am quite curious whether this Alt Sax 01/W is the same as the one in the Korg 01/W.

It would mean that eternal is just not checking all the sounds in his PA800 and asking for something he already has :)

If it's not the same it would be an interesting thing, that could be asked by a lot of users and Korg surely will add this.

Look at the M3 update: a lot of people were asking some kind of no effect or mono piano (sorry for mistake if) and they added it.

One more thing: do you realise that your keyboard has more sounds than you think that you can access (in the end user compartment, the samples are bundeled). Most easy always is to go to sound mode and check ALL the sounds there.

Hi Again
Just clearing the picture "I had O1W FD but now I've pa800 "but there is no O1W saxophone in pa800 execept M1 Alto sax. I know that Pa1x has the O1W sax in multisaples sounds.
Pa800 saxophones are good but not sounds like O1W.This is why I am asking for Help.

Thanks

I find it hard to believe that the Pa2X/Pa800 does not have this multisample when the keyabord is 100% compaitible with the Pa1X Series.

PS: To add to what I just said, if the Pa2X/Pa800 does not have this sound I will sample it from the Pa1X.

However, it is a lot of work to sample and loop all this data and then build a multisample and Progarm sound. So please be 1000000% sure that this is not already on the Pa2X/pa800 like I suggested, or you will waste my time.

Knowing that the multisample is in the Pa1X has me convinced that it is in the Pa2X/pa800 also.

Regards.

Hi Sharp,

On the Pa2x/Pa800 the Alto Sax multisamples are as follows:

169 Alto Sax Vibrato1
170 Alto Sax Vibrato2
171 Alto Sax Vibrato2 Drive
172 Alto Sax p
173 Alto Sax mf
174 Alto Sax Growl

On the Pa1x the Alto Sax multisamples are as follows:

89 Alto Sax Vibrato
90 Alto Sax p
91 Alto Sax mf
92 Alto Sax Growl
93 Alto Sax 01W

So, there are some differences.

Best regards,
Rob

I think Nedim has forgotten this request. :?:

Sharp it's not necessary that you sample PA1x Sax. You can sample N364 saxophones, KARMA saxophones or O1W Saxophones whatever you like as easy to sample because These all keyboards saxophones are almost same. Do Whatever you like. We'll wait for it. Take your time.

I am giving you special thanks in advance on behalf of Korg Community for your precious time.

Thanks

Sharp...your the best man.

I wish I was close to you...I would pop over ( with an invite of course) and see how that is done. I really want to learn to do new sounds. And to fix some of the ones in the PA that have poblems.

Also, Iwant to sample some new sounds from my Kurzweil to put into the PA.

I bet it's going to be hard?

Lee
